Import Process from Revit to ArchiFilm Studio

Overview

ArchiFilm for Revit allows users to send the active 3D view directly into ArchiFilm Studio with a single click — preserving camera perspective, crop region, and scene settings. This eliminates traditional exporting steps and enables immediate AI rendering inside the Studio.

① Click the ArchiFilm Add-in Button

Located in the Revit toolbar under BIMIL AI

• Launches the ArchiFilm extension

• Reads the active 3D View as the source scene

• No need to export to external file formats (FBX, OBJ, PNG, etc.)

📌 Purpose: Start the AI rendering workflow instantly from your current view

② Choose a Project & Import

The ArchiFilm Studio project dialog appears

• Create New Project Start a brand-new render project

• Select Existing Project Add the new view to an existing project history

• Press IMPORT/FAST IMPORT

📌 Purpose: Connect Revit content with ArchiFilm Studio timeline structure

③ Auto-Transfer to Web Studio

Once Import is pressed:

• The Web Studio opens automatically

• The Revit view appears as preview input in the Generate panel

• You can immediately begin prompting and rendering

📌 Purpose: Seamless transition without file saving, exporting, or setup steps
